What Is The Dermarollex
Dermarollex is a precision engineered medical quality hand held roller which has 192 surgical steel micro-needles. The needles size ranges from 0.2mm-1.5mm. It basically allows better absorption of the creams into the deeper layers of the darker skins making the creams more effective.

The micro-needles part the pores of the top layer of the skin, allowing the cosmeceutical creams to penetrate into the dermis, without damaging it. The pores then close after about an hour.
How To Use
Wash your hands & dry them thoroughly.
Apply the relevant PharmaClinix cream to the skin, until absorbed.
Roll the head onto the skin, firmly, but slowly, to make sure that the needles penetrate the surface layer.
Do not force the roller into the skin. Simply use mild pressure
Roll at the same intensity four times each vertically, horizontally & diagonally.
Re-apply the cream after rolling the skin to get maximum benefit.
Use at night, as the skin recovery is at its best during sleep.
Use once a week, preferably before bed-time, gradually increasing to five times a week over 4 weeks.
These 16 movements will provide 250 micro-channels /sq. cm. of skin. This is quite sufficient to allow active ingredients to move to the target cell(melanocytes, fibroblasts).
How Long For Results?
Noticeable results can be achieved within a week!
3-4 weeks of regular application will show dramatic results.
The larger & the more damaged the area, the longer it will take to treat.
Does It Hurt?
No, it does not hurt.
You feel a tingling sensation with the 0.2mm needles. You may find a temporary reddening of the skin for an hour or so after treatment.
It is recommended that the longer needles are used under medical supervision.

Use one roller per person.
Do NOT use in active acne, raised scars, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, severe solar keratosis and raised moles or warts.
Do not apply on eyelids.
