Started this last Saturday. I was 68kgs at 5.4, age 45. Today, Day 6, I am 66kgs.. same height and age.. lol. What worked best was the easy to use soluble tablets. I stuck to a strict diet regime (which perhaps helped more) of more protein and less fat. No side effects. I have trouble sleeping with any stimulants, but this product did not give me sleepless nights.
