Ordering onlineChoose the product section that you are interested in e.g. blood pressure monitors. A list of products in this category will be displayed. Each product has a photo of the item and a brief description in order to ensure that you have a clear idea of what you are purchasing. If you wish a more detailed description of the item, click on the photo and an information sheet will appear. If you wish to purchase this item, click on the "add to basket" button. A pop up will appear showing you what is in your basket. You are now given the options of "cancel" to cancel your order, "OK. Continue shopping" if you still have a few more things to buy and "OK. Go to checkout" if you have finished shopping. At checkout, you will be presented with a form showing you all the items that are in your basket. You can add or remove items from your shopping basket by increasing or decreasing the number in the "Quantity" box and pressing "Recalculate". The total amount shown includes VAT and delivery. You will be asked to provide your details. Please note that all fields that are marked with an asterisk are required and must be completed. Once you have completed the form, press "Send" and you will be taken to a secure page so that payment can be made. The big padlock lets you know that you are now in a secure area and that all details that are entered now, will be safe. Choose your method of payment by clicking on the icon of your choice e.g. Mastercard, Visa or Switch. Complete the payment form and click the "Make Payment" button. A few moments later, a screen will appear confirming your order. You will also be sent an email confirming the details of your order. On our side, we receive your order in the form of an email. We check that the item is in stock and if it is, we package it up and send it off to you.
