How does the client invoicing process work?
- Eyecare pack requests are received by email and the information provided is validated to ensure the employee has not already had their entitlement.
- An invoice is then raised by our accounts department.
- The invoice lists both the number of requested sight tests and supplied spectacles
- A summary sheet provided will list each charge with a reference to the employee’s name, employee number and what the charge is for.
- This will be sent to you for verification and payment.
