Delivery Information
Orders placed before 2pm are processed for despatch on the same day if in stock (you will be notified of stock shortages). If we receive an order after this time, it is normally despatched with the following day's orders. No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
All orders over £10.00 being delivered to a UK Mainland address (Excluding Scottish Highlands) are Free of Charge. Order under £10.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £1.99.
How are orders despatched?
For orders over £10.00 delivery is Free of Charge to UK Mainland residents (Excluding Scottish Highlands). The method by which your order will be despatched will be defined by the total order value and the size and weight of the items ordered.

Royal Mail Items are not classed as lost until 15 working days after their due date.

Courier DPD/Interlink |
Deliveries are sent on a next day service within mainland UK (Scottish Highlands 2 days), this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer. |
With DPD/Interlink and Royal Mail Recorded deliveries, if no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for collection from a local depot. Customers must collect the item from the depot within 3-4 days or it will be returned to Salveo Ltd upon which a charge is incurred for re-sending the item. If at this stage the customer cancels the order, the charge for the item being collected and returned will be debited from the total amount originally paid for the goods. Please ensure that when you place an order someone is available to sign for the goods to avoid such problems.
Specific delivery days can be arranged by calling customer services on 0844 880 3882. This must be done before 2pm on the day the order is due to be despatched.
Please note some items on our website are despatched direct from the manufacturer and whilst the delivery method may vary the service you receive should be the same.
Commercial Customers
- Manual Handling equipment – 3 working days
- Safety Footwear – 4 working days
- Some personal protective equipment products may be subject to a special order upon which delivery can be 3-4 working days.
Overseas Orders
Only Delivery to UK Mainland Customers (Excluding Scottish Highlands) is Free of charge.

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling and include VAT. Payment can be made by Paypal, Google Checkout or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron.
