Ouch! I am covered in bruises round my middle and my hips so have let some of the water out. Tricky to master but really enjoying using it and it will get easier with time! I can feel a difference already and hopeful that it will trim my waist down where other exercises have failed me!!

I have used the hula since December and I can really see a difference, I put on a lot of weight when giving up cigarettes and I don't agree with diets so have lost nearly all the weight through exercise, the hoop is something I do in the morning before breakfast and you can really see a difference , my apple body is trimming down, I do 5 mins in the morning about 400 reps,increasing steadily, fab.

Wow! Found it hard to use at first but now I can keep it going for about 10 minutes at a time! Does absolute wonders for my waist, I can't parise the funkey hula enough...i love it!
