Colosan Powder

Colosan Powder works out as better value for money but is a little more time consuming to take as it needs to be taken with lemon/lime juice.

The recommended dosage is a heaped teaspoon 1-2 times per day. This is fine if your intention is to do a strong bowel purge or you are severely constipated, but if you only want to gently loosen the bowels, one rounded teaspoon once per day is usually enough. For some people even half or quarter of a teaspoon is sufficient. The Powder should be taken with Lemon Juice as this assists your sour stomach acid in releasing oxygen.
