Effitan Insect Repellent Spray 

Effitan insect repellant from Alva delivers natural but highly effective protection from mosquitoes, ticks and horseflies; ideal for travel to warmer climes or when we receive warm weather at home.

Tried and Tested 

The effectiveness of Effitan has been tested both at the Swiss Tropical Institute in Basel and at the Institut Dr. Dautel in Berlin.

The results show that Effitan protects effectively against mosquitoes for up to 8 hours, and against ticks for up to 6 hours. The testing concluded that Effitan was effective for 2 hours longer than the best selling market leader, Autan. Additional outdoor tests conducted show Effitan's effectiveness in protecting against horseflies and fleas.

Effitan is DEET free. Suitable for use when pregnant. Babies, infants and children: suitable for use from 3 months.
