Heat In A Click Heating Pads are an instant, portable and reusable heating pad. At the click of a button, the heat pads will reach 54°C (130°F). The pads are safe and non toxic due to the innovative use of the salt based solution, Sodium Acetate.

How It Works

On flexing the small metal disc inside the pad a molecular reaction is started causing the solution to crystallize. Starting this chain reaction causes the entire solution to solidify. During the reaction (from liquid to crystal form) energy is released in the form of heat.

Gradually the heat pad will start to cool down, returning to its original, solid state. The time this takes is dependable on the size and model of the heat pad, however the process can be initiated and the pad re-used again and again.

After Finishing simply...

Boil water in a pot
Place a cloth on the bottom of the pot
Place the pad on the cloth inside the pot, and continue to boil the water until all the crystals are dissolved, and the pad is completely clear
When the pad is completely clear take it out of the water and place it on a cloth to cool down.
When the pad cools down, it is ready to be used again
Make sure the pad is completely clear as even one tiny crystal left in the liquid will quickly cause the whole pad to resolidify. If crystals start forming while the pad is cooling, repeat steps 1,2 and 3.

Bought these while i was pregnant.They are amazing.Agreed, you have to put in saucepan for 10 minutes, but i do two in the 1 go.Great thing about them is that if you take it to bed, after it goes cold you dont need to reheat again.You just press the coin and within seconds its hot.Great for aches and pains.I recommend them to everyone.If you go to the stalls selling them you pay over �23!!

went to buy one being sold in the Oracle in reading and asked how long to reheat he said 2 minuts just clock the coin in bag nothing said about having to put in a saucepan to get back to that stage so glad i never bought it it was the back on for �27 ish

A good product which warms up very quickly but not so easy to re-use as you need to put the pad in a big saucepan of boiling water and leave it for at least 20 minutes to dissolve the crystals.
