Dosage

Melissa Dream is made up of active ingredients that are known for their relaxing properties. 

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

A perennial plant found growing wild throughout most of Europe. Traditionally it has been used to treat insomnia, ease stress and sooth nerves. It has also been known to dull pain, ease toothache, relieve flatulence, cramps, indigestion and colic.

Camomile (Camelliae sinensis)

It is known to help insomnia and ease nerves and have a calming effect. It has been used to help with painful swellings, fevers and sore throats. 

L-theanine 

Research has shown that it can create a sensation of relaxation. It directly stimulates the production of alpha brain waves, creating a state of deep relaxation similar to what is achieved through meditation.
