Organic Bowel cleanse to ease constipation. A blend of organic milled flax, organic acacia gum and organic gluten free oat bran which gives a perfect balance of soluble and insoluble fibre to ease constipation. It provides bulk that is needed for a sweeping effect in cleansing the colon and better bulk and consistency of stool for a healthy colon.

Organic Bowel Cleanse is a 30 day colon cleansing formula comprised of a mixture of 3 organic fibres and herbal ingredients. It works to remove toxins and old, hardened fecal matter from the colon by three processes.

First, it provides fibre, which helps to cleanse the bowel /colon. Organic Bowel Cleanse contains a combination of flax seed, oat bran, and acacia gum which provide a blend of soluble and insoluble fibre similar to what is found naturally in food. This blend of fibre works to thoroughly clean the walls of the bowel / colon region.
Second, it works to stimulate peristalsis in the colon. Peristalsis is the colon's natural muscular movement, which moves material out of the colon. This is an extremely important aspect of colon cleansing. Organic Bowel Cleanse includes the peristaltic herb rhubarb root. Rhubarb root is better than harsh laxatives such as cascara sagrada or senna, which are purgative in nature. These purgative herbs can be addictive over time. Further, they tend to remove food that is currently being ingested, versus removing hardened matter.
Third, Organic Bowel Cleanse works to soothe and reduce inflammation of the colon/bowel. If you have material in your colon for a long period of time, chances are it has damaged the intestinal lining to some degree. Therefore, soothing the area and reducing inflammation of the intestinal lining is important.

Unlike most colon cleansing formulas that provide 20% insoluble fibre and 80% soluble fibre (which often causes dehydration, irritation, gas, bloating, and constipation), Organic Bowel Cleanse provides the natural balance of 75% insoluble fibre and 25% soluble fibre.
