Directions

For use by adults and children over the age of 5. Use the inhaler in one continuous session for either 15-20 minutes, or divide the use into three sessions lasting 7-10 minutes each.  

How to use the inhaler?

1. Remove inhaler mouthpiece cap.

Oral Inhalation (lower respiratory tract): 

1. Inhale from the device with normal intensity.
2. After inhalation, remove the inhaler, close your mouth and exhale through the nose.
3. Nasal exhalation is required in order to sustain the therapeutic effect of the salt.

Nasal Inhalation (upper respiratory tract):

1. Attach the nasal adapter on the inhaler.
2. Gently insert the nosepiece into one nostril and block the other with your finger. Inhale normally.
3. After nasal inhalation, remove the inhaler and exhale through your mouth or the other previously blocked nostril.
