 chris : yes reuseable, just place in a pan of warm water, simmer until crystals have dissolved, leave to cool then click and reuse, don't use microwave, may melt or explode as has metal inside, I have used 'heat in a click 'for about 8+YRS, excellent work everytime, if crystallise whilst stored place pack in pan and begin again, can also cool in fridge or freezer for relief too Date : 08/10/2009 Deniece Davidson : can you tell me if you can put this in the microwave, is it re-usable Date : 30/11/2006
