Absolute rubbish. I have had two of these now and both of them decide to activate for no reason at random. They have been boiled and boiled as per instruction but they still activate at will. I have followed all instructions and even e.mailed Salveo who advised me to boil again, still no joy. These heat pads seem to have a life of about 12 months then they start to fail.

How do you use it? the website description does not say if reheat by boiling like the hand warmers or microwave or? Sorry but either I am missing seeing the description but I dont want to buy unless I know how to reheat it? Thanks

These things are FANTASTIC. They stay hot for hours and are not only good for back ache & muscle and joint pains, I use it for stomach-ache and it works a treat. Far better than a hot water bottle!!!
