It's amazing!!! Brilliant for the winter, especially for outdoor sports such as horse riding. Instead of putting in boiling water, I found that the crystals go much quicker if I pop it in some warm water and put in the microwave 2 minutes. If it is not done after 2 minutes, put in back in for another minute and keep doing that until it is ready. This way it only takes about 3 minutes.

these are amazing but i don't understand how they work i'm so confused please tell me how they work and they last for ages longer than an hour!

They are just fantastic ! So convenient at football or for a short walk. They really warm your hands but not for more than 30 minutes. Still very good !

What a fantastic idea! I have just tried your pads and they are great. I used the 2 pads consecutively and they lasted 35 minutes which was long enough take the dog for his walk
