Fantastic! My sister got me these for Christmas because I have Raynaud's Phenomenon. I will keep them in my handbag for emergencies. They really do work and 30 mins is enough because (as anyone with Raynaud's should do) I take my gloves everywhere with me too.

It's amazing!!! Brilliant for the winter, especially for outdoor sports such as horse riding. Instead of putting in boiling water, I found that the crystals go much quicker if I pop it in some warm water and put in the microwave 2 minutes. If it is not done after 2 minutes, put in back in for another minute and keep doing that until it is ready. This way it only takes about 3 minutes.

They are just fantastic ! So convenient at football or for a short walk. They really warm your hands but not for more than 30 minutes. Still very good !
