FAQ'sWill my credit card details be safe?Yes. Customers shopping at www.salveo.co.uk have a choice of 3 different payment providers. Protx (www.protx.com), PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk) and Google Checkout (checkout.google.com) may be chosen to process your payment during the checkout process. All payment providers are safe and secure using very high levels of security during the transaction. When you enter the payment section of a website, an icon (picture) of a padlock will appear in your browser to let you know that you are now on a secure site. Internet Explorer 6: A yellow padlock will appear in the bottom right corner of the browser window. Internet Explorer 7: A yellow padlock will appear next to the address bar. Mozilla Firefox: A padlock will appear in the bottom right corner of the browser window and also in the address bar. Safari: A padlock will appear in the upper right corner of the browser window. Why do you need my email address?Your privacy is important to us and we NEVER pass on your email address or details to anyone outside of Salveo Ltd. Your email address and details are used solely to assist us in processing your order. How long does delivery take?Click here for delivery information How do I know if my item is in stock?You can call us to confirm whether an item is in stock or not. Alternatively, if the item that you order is not in stock, a member of our team will contact you to let you know when you can expect delivery. We are dependant on our suppliers for delivery and if we do not receive delivery as promised from our suppliers, we will contact you to let you know that there will be a further delay. How can I order form Salveo if I do not have an email address?If you do not have an email address, please give us a call to place your order and a member of our team will happily process it for you. Alternatively, please feel free to use our email address (info@salveo.co.uk) and you can place your order online. Can I get a refund?To return a damage or faulty product you must contact us first to explain the problem. Refunds will be made for all orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering or for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods returned for refund, must be returned in the original box and in perfect condition to Salveo Ltd by insured post at the sender's expense. Salveo Ltd will not accept any responsibility for items that have gone missing in the post while being returned to us. Full refunds will be made if the product ordered is faulty or if the product that is delivered differs from the one that was ordered unless you would prefer to have a replacement item or the correct item sent to you. If the item was faulty, Salveo will refund all postage costs. I want to return my orderIf you wish to return a product if it is faulty or damaged you must contact us prior to sending it back. Customers returning a product without prior authorisation may be subject to a further delivery charge if the product is found to not be faulty. I do not have a credit card. Can I still order from Salveo Ltd?Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or cash. Please telephone a member of our team to order via telephone. Orders received before 3pm are normally dispatched on the same day and orders received after 3pm are normally dispatched the next day. We will happily change your order if you let us know before your order has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, we will happily provide a refund if you wish. Do your items have any warranties or guarantees?Please refer to the Guarantees and Warranties section of the Terms and Conditions. What happens if my order is delivered and it does not work or it is faulty?Send it back to us. If the item is faulty, we will replace the item and refund all postage costs that you have paid returning the item. If the item was being used incorrectly and is in fact not faulty when tested, a postage cost may be incurred to return the item to you. |
