Our Returns Policy

Shopping with us couldn't be easier. We offer a generous 30-day, hassle-free return policy which covers refunds and replacements. Our aim is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their products and experience.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us in exchange for a refund, replacement or store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition, including any branded packaging and/or instructions. Returned items must be unused and undamaged.

Items sent back within 30 days of purchase are entitled for a full refund provided they are in their original condition (all brand packaging and instructions must be present). Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Items sent back after 30 days (new and unused) may be returned to us for store credit at our discretion. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Items that have manufacturing faults and are returned within 30 days of purchase are entitled for full refunds or replacements (depends on availability). Items will be thoroughly tested. Return shipping will be reimbursed.

Certain items may not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such as used bedding products, underwear, opened packets/bottles of medicines/supplements, items containing needles, certain baby products and more). These products are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations due to the health risks posed.

We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the goods back and refund will be made using the same method of original payment. Please note that PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account, and not the debit/credit card used to make the payment.

Items under warranty

If you wish to return an item under warranty, please refer to the warranty card that came with the product and contact the manufacturer directly.

How do I send items back?

Please send back your item using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery. If your item is large or heavy, please get in touch with us before sending it back (we may arrange a collection instead). Please ensure that you keep your receipt and tracking number as proof of delivery.
