You have nothing to lose but your sore feet. If you are not satisfied with your new insoles, return them within 60 days to your place of purchase for a credit or refund. This guarantee is only valid with a proof of purchase, and is not good for misused, abused or improperly cleaned Superfeet product. THIS GUARANTEE IS SUBJECT TO OUR RETURN POLICY.
Most orthotics will conform to the heel in your footwear, and over time can wear through the lining. Superfeet offers no guarantee against this resulting side effect in footwear with waterproof liners such as Gore-tex®.
We treat the top covers of all our Trim-to-Fit Premium Insoles with Agion antimicrobial technology. Agion’s natural, silver-based antimicrobial is built right into our products to provide long-lasting protection against bacteria. Agion adds continuous cleanliness to our Premium Insoles - creating a clean, comfortable combination.
|Encapsulating Stabilizer System [ESS]®
Superfeet Green features a unique stabilizer cap for optimal underfoot support. When integrated with the shape and design of the foam full length, this combination creates a deep heel cup to cradle the heel’s fat pad for improved natural shock absorption. This system provides comfort and necessary stability for different activities, footwear and foot types.
Wider forefoot and heel cup accommodate the shape and width of size 3E-6E footwear, offering better underfoot coverage..

Do Wide Green function in the same way as regular Green?
Yes. While designing the Wide Green, we made sure to keep intact all the necessary biomechanical reference points regarding stability, balance and motion relative to the standard Superfeet Green. The supportive heel cup stabilizes the rearfoot, providing natural shock absorption, reducing potential misalignment and overuse injuries, and ensuring product longevity. The pre-shaped foam full length maintains proper alignment of the foot. The full-length foam is pre-formed and pre-stressed to provide firmness and resistance to excessive pronation, while also providing the internal integrity to prevent undesirable deformation and distortion of the insole itself. Wide Green actually cradles the wide foot and is wider from heel-to-toe than our original Green. In comparison to other over-the-counter insoles that flatten, bend and distort when you wear them, Wide Green will keep the foot functioning in its ideal position for longer periods of time.
How do I know if I should wear Wide Green instead of regular Green?
The width and length of Wide Green's heel and forefoot were designed for a true 'wide foot', one that requires wearing a wide shoe sized 3E to 6E. If you don't wear shoes in these wider size specifications, you probably don't need to wear the Wide Green.
Is the life of the Wide Green product the same as regular Green?
On average, Superfeet insoles last around 12 months or longer depending on the type and size of shoe, the working environment the shoe is worn in, type of activity, body weight, gait and foot type. Depending on these and other possible factors, Wide Green may last the same amount of time as the regular Green, but it widely varies per person. As a general rule, if your insoles are not feeling as good as when they were new, it might be time to consider a new pair. Also, if you are replacing your shoes (for example, if you have been using them in a pair of running shoe), then it is not a bad idea to replace your Superfeet at the same time.
Can Superfeet Insoles be transferred from shoe to shoe?
Yes. Be sure to take the Superfeet Insoles with you when you buy new shoes so you don't buy a shoe that is the wrong size and volume. Remember to remove any factory sock liners, if needed.
Can the Superfeet Insoles be used with heel lifts or full length lifts?
Yes. First make sure there will be enough room in the shoe to accept both the heel lift and the insole. Tape or glue the heel lift to the bottom of the insole.
Do Superfeet Insoles help heel spurs?
Do Superfeet Insoles help heel spurs?
Do Superfeet Insoles help Plantar Fasciitis?
Yes, in most, but not all cases. The Superfeet Insoles will help hold the rearfoot close to a neutral position. The neutral position will allow for better bone and muscle alignment. This will help reduce some of the stress on the plantar fascia ligament.
Can I wear the Green insoles in my shoes where the manufacturer's inlay does not come out?
We do not recommend that you place a Superfeet on top of the manufacturer's sock liner (insole). However there are shoes where the factory insole may not be removable. You may place the Superfeet in these shoes as long as it doesn't make the fit of the shoe too tight against your foot. The best Superfeet insole option for shoes without removable insoles is the 3/4 Easy Fit model.
The way you trim your insoles can have a great effect on how well they will work and feel. For an ideal fit, follow these simple steps:
Superfeet insole should lie on the bottom surface of your footwear. It should not rest on any additional insole, arch pad or heel cushion material. These items should be removed.
Place the original insole over the top of your new Superfeet insole, lining up both the heel (Fig. 2) and inside edge (Fig. 3). With a marking pen, trace the original insole pattern onto the new Superfeet insole (Fig. 4). Trim the insole by cutting along the inside edge of the tracing line (Fig. 5). Care should be taken not to trim too short. Trim it, try it. Trim it, try it.
Fit your insole into your footwear, resting it properly on the bottom. The insole needs to have minimal back-to-front movement inside the footwear (about 1/16" or 2mm) to ensure the insole moves with your foot and is not jammed heel-to-toe (Fig. 6). This is very important. Properly trimmed, your insoles will fit easily into your footwear without a struggle, and will not curl up in the toe area.
If there is no original insole in your footwear to use as a template, place your footwear over your new Superfeet insole (Fig. 7), and trace an outline around the toe area (Fig. 8). Then follow the usual trimming instructions. Hint: trace and trim one insole first, then use it as a template for the second insole.
If your footwear is too tight to accommodate the full length of your Superfeet insole, you can trim off the forefoot closer to the stabilizer cap (Fig. 9). This will have no effect on the biomechanical benefits of the insole.
Your new insoles may initially feel snug, but after wearing them for a few days, the foam forefoot will compress slightly, allowing for a more relaxed fit. Our patented insoles are designed to be firm and supportive, not soft and mushy like most gel-based footbeds. You may initially feel this new support on the inside of your heel (Fig. 10) and suspect the arch is too far back. This is ok. This is the shape and design of the insole supporting your foot where it is needed. Because your previous shoes or insoles may not have supported your foot properly, the tendons and muscles of your feet may need time to adjust to their properly supported position.
We suggest taking a conservative break-in approach; try wearing your Superfeet for just 1-2 hours for the first day, then gradually add more time each day. If you are experiencing discomfort with your Superfeet after 5-7 days of wear, and it is not improving, remove the product from your footwear and contact the store where you purchased the product. (We recommend you retain your original insoles until you have completed your break-in period).
This depends on your foot type, body weight, type of footwear, activity and the environment in which the insole is worn - but the average Superfeet insole lasts up to 12 months or more.
Hand-wash with a mild soap and lukewarm water to remove light soil. A soft bristle brush (old toothbrush) works well to remove ground-in dirt. Rinse well. Absorb excess water with a soft towel and allow insoles to air dry overnight. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY. DO NOT AIR DRY NEAR A HEAT SOURCE!
