The probiotics failed to arrive. Salveo had a signature of arrival. I knew I did not have them but what could i prove. I could see they had done everything possible & put it down to bad luck. Much later The Royal Mail delivered another parcel to the same number in a nearby street. I emailed Salveo just to let them know about this problem. Amazingly Salveo then decided to replace the order. Many many thanks to Salveo for this outstanding service, which is beyond the normal. I shall certainly order everything possible from Salveo in future.
